All Elevate orders placed before 3 PM EST are shipped the same business day via the United States Postal Service.

Depending on where you live in the US, the standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days. Overnight express is also available. Please note that business day does not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.

Is Elevate package and delivery discreet?

Elevate bottle is completely discreet. The bottle itself has no indications of what this product is for. Product instructions are printed on the box only, which you can choose to throw away. Elevate is shipped inside non-marked boxes or envelops, so no one will ever know the content of the package.

Do you ship to PO Box?

Yes. For PO Box address, we use Postal Service.

How long does it take to receive international orders?

For international orders, we offer 2 shipping options:

1. International Standard. Our carrier will deliver your order to the customs of your country within 5 business days. From there, your country's customs will take time to process and release your order to the postal service. The total transit time really depends on the efficiency of these institutions in your country. It varies from country to country, ranging from 2 to 5 weeks.
2. International Express. We use EMS and FedEx to deliver international express shipments. The total transit time varies from country to country, ranging from 4 to 15 days.
